Return and Refund Policy
In case you are not satisfied with the product and you wish to return such product you can return it within 14 calendar days after you received your order. In order for your return to be accepted the purchased item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and/or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Non-Refundable Items
Please note that books purchased on lifeshallbe.com or LifeShallBe are not refundable and cannot be returned. Holiday gift packages such as Christmas and/or Valentine’s and/or any other seasonal packages are not refundable and cannot be returned. Perishable goods such as food, custom products such as special orders, and/or specifically personalized items cannot be returned and are not refundable. Products purchased with a discount and gift cards cannot be returned and are not refundable.
Return Shipping Costs
The customer is fully responsible for the costs/charges of a returned product.
How to start a return
To start a return, please contact us at nl@lifeshallbe.com. Please note that each return is reviewed separately, thus if your return is accepted we shall provide you with the shipping information and instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that any items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned items we shall accordingly inform you and issue a refund within 14 days from the receipt of your return. Please note that we are not responsible for any delays caused by your bank or credit card company to process and accept such a refund.
